We are seeking a Regional Social Media Manager to drive growth and engagement across fan pages in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Production (60%)
    • Create high-quality short-form videos weekly using Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
    • Publish daily content across YouTube & social media platforms.
    • Design static posts weekly using graphics, carousels, and stories.
    • Update weekly Google My Business posts with fresh content.
  • Growth & Engagement (25%)
    • Deliver 15% monthly follower growth and 10%+ engagement rates through targeted campaigns.
    • Share regular updates, including photos, events, and announcements.
    • Drive at least six Google reviews per month for each location.
  • Campaigns & Initiatives (15%)
    • Execute one or more localized digital campaigns per month to boost engagement.
    • Train students to create high-quality content via Social Media Clubs.
    • Track and report key performance indicators with actionable insights to inform future decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on short-form video creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro is essential.
  • A proven track record of achieving 15%+ monthly account growth through innovative strategies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role.
