Lead Performance Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive business growth.

As a seasoned leader in paid media, you will be responsible for building and scaling advertising efforts across multiple platforms. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

You will lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts, oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align messaging and funnel optimization.

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel strategy for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, data, and product teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing large budgets across regions
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
