Client Relationship Manager

Job Overview:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on overseeing paid media campaigns, ensuring they deliver impactful results and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their relationships and expectations effectively.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyse campaign performance data and present insights to clients with clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital strategies that drive business growth.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with industry best practices, budget efficiency, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in Paid Media account management or digital client services.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and PPC strategy.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
