Job Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager located in Chennai. You will be responsible for managing the social media presence of our clients, developing and executing content ideas, optimizing social media content, and enhancing engagement.

Daily tasks include creating and curating content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams are essential to ensure brand consistency and growth.

  • Manage content across multiple social media platforms
  • Spot trends and adapt them into engaging, high-performing content
  • Build and engage with communities through comments, DMs, and replies
  • Track performance metrics and double down on what works
  • Collaborate with editors, writers, and strategists for smooth execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of social media and pop culture
  • Strong writing skills for captions, carousels, and scripts (English a plus)
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented individual
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus: Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or basic video editing software
