As a Business Development Associate, you will serve as the face of our organization, responsible for showcasing the value of our product and driving growth. You will convert leads into loyal users, overseeing the entire initial customer journey from first interaction to successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging online product demonstrations via platforms like Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs.
- Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 Years (internship or full-time) in sales or business development.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to clearly demonstrate products.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Natural relationship-builder, capable of managing interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets and motivated by converting leads into successful customers.
- Fluency in Hindi required.
