Growth Specialist Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled professional to drive revenue growth across B2C and B2B segments by increasing direct sales in training and certification enrollments, as well as executing growth strategies for universities, corporates, and consulting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Partnerships: Identify and onboard corporate partners to increase revenue opportunities.
- Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategic plans for B2B segments (universities, corporates, consulting clients).
- Pricing and Revenue Models: Support innovation in pricing, partnership, and revenue models to drive growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential B2B opportunities.
- Student Enrollment Experience: Ensure a seamless enrollment experience with strong conversion and retention.
- Cross-Sell/Up-Sell Opportunities: Work with clients to leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns for lead generation.
- Outreach Campaigns: Design outreach campaigns (events, email, referral programs) to attract new clients.
- Competitor Benchmarking and Growth Experiments: Conduct competitor benchmarking and design experiments to drive growth.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI, and provide weekly growth performance reports to stakeholders.
