Job Opportunity: Business Development SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and executing targeted marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to drive growth and expansion
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT products and services to articulate initial objections and schedule appointments
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota for highly qualified leads and conversions to opportunities
  • Utilize CRM tools, email tools, database tools, and modern technologies effectively in business development processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales in a B2B outbound environment
  • Domestic/International calling experience (mandatory)
  • Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.)
  • Preferably Female candidates
  • Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets for IT inside sales/sales is highly preferred
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing is always preferred
  • Proven track record at achieving measurable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.)
  • Experience in generating executive level leads for Enterprise Company
  • Experience in inside sales, BPO outbound calling
  • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source, Inside View, and Apollo
  • Proficient in using Sales Navigator and Email marketing
  • Expert in Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams, or other Virtual conferencing tools and Microsoft Office

  • Flexibility to work in India/US/Europe shift hours
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • B.Tech/BE/B.Sc in Computer Science/IT or relevant Technical background
  • M.Tech/ME/M.Sc in Computer Science/IT or relevant Technical background
  • MBA Marketing/Sales/IT/Internal Business is preferred
