We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- To engage with customers via phone, email, or chat, leveraging active listening skills to understand their needs and preferences.
- To maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting resolutions and follow-up actions as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year of experience in Voice - Customer Support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
