About This Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Team Lead in the US Healthcare Sector, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support. This involves managing team performance, addressing customer inquiries, facilitating communication between customers and the company, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time hybrid role that requires both direct customer interaction and team management duties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Spanish and English.
