Lead Customer Advocate

We are seeking a Lead Customer Advocate to join our team, responsible for leading customer-facing teams and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

About the Role:

  • This role requires an experienced leader with strong interpersonal skills to advocate on behalf of customers, driving loyalty and retention through empathetic and personalized interactions.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in enforcing policies while exercising discretion for well-justified exceptions, maintaining operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with forecasting case volumes and building effective staffing/resource plans is essential, as is the ability to analyze trends in service metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • This individual will serve as a point of escalation for complex or high-impact cases, delivering prompt and effective resolutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, customer experience, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service, refund operations, or support leadership; 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Proven ability to apply policy-based decisions while exercising discretion for exceptions based on customer value and context.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using key service metrics (CSAT, QA, resolution time) to drive performance improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a history of coaching high-performing teams.
