Human Resources and Operations Executive

A challenging role has emerged at LEAPFROG ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD, seeking an exceptional Human Resources and Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.
Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,250,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a safe and productive environment. As the primary point of contact for employee concerns, you will provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote employee engagement programs.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition, managing employee relations and support, identifying training needs, administering payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the full recruitment process from creating job descriptions to screening candidates and conducting interviews
- Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and support recruitment strategies
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
- Employee Relations and Support:
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns
- Facilitate conflict resolution and manage employee disputes
- Promote employee engagement programs
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs
- Coordinate leadership development initiatives and performance management processes
- Maintain records of training and development activities
- Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Administer payroll and benefits programs
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and employment regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Prepare and submit compliance reports
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other materials
- Coordinate and manage office maintenance
- Facilities Management:
- Supervise office layout and facilities
- Ensure proper functioning of office systems
- Documentation and Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and organized company records
- Ensure all documentation is properly stored
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and organize internal company events
- Assist in organizing team-building events
- Office Management:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
