Job Description

The role of a HR Generalist involves delivering comprehensive HR services to clients, including HR consulting, recruitment, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, campus relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training. We operate Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, and are looking for someone with knowledge of HR principles and processes, as well as experience in delivering objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, coordinating, and interviewing for various roles
  2. Manage campus relations, interactions, and interviews
  3. Run employee engagement programmes, such as celebrating and educating on policies and team outings
  4. Deliver standard trainings, such as induction and code of conduct
  5. Manage employee database, related activities, and HR automation
  6. Ensure tracking of employee discipline and adherence to policies
  7. Ensure HR services meet set objectives for contract renewal

Requirements
  1. Education: MBA – Human Resources or PGDBM – Human Resources
  2. Experience: Corporate HR experience, 3 - 9 years in the Services sector as a HR Generalist or COE
  3. Exposure in order of priority: Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Training, and HR Operations
  4. Working hours and days: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm
  5. Knowledge of HR principles and processes, awareness of HRhelpdesk as an organization, and ability to deliver objectives
