Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at r3 Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, compensation and benefits administration, and employee training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and separation procedures.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage HR software and systems to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, compensation and benefits administration, and employee training and development.
