The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department, ensuring that all HR-related processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
    • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit;
    • Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the role, responsibilities, and company expectations;
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
    • Educate employees on HR policies and company standards, ensuring consistent adherence;
    • Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and investigate misconduct, if necessary;
    • Document and administer disciplinary measures, collaborating with management to ensure fair practices;
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Handle employment-related statutory letters, including policy violations, misconduct, or performance issues;
    • Manage various legal notices, such as absconding or showcause notices;
  • Offboarding:
    • Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback, and manage the administrative aspects of offboarding;
    • Coordinate with payroll for final settlement and other related processes;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/Retail/QSR chains, with a proven track record in HR operations;
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in India;
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with adaptability and flexibility;
  • Extensive experience in Recruitment and Staffing, with strong negotiation and convincing skills;
