About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department, ensuring that all HR-related processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit;
- Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the role, responsibilities, and company expectations;
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
- Educate employees on HR policies and company standards, ensuring consistent adherence;
- Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and investigate misconduct, if necessary;
- Document and administer disciplinary measures, collaborating with management to ensure fair practices;
- Statutory Compliance:
- Handle employment-related statutory letters, including policy violations, misconduct, or performance issues;
- Manage various legal notices, such as absconding or showcause notices;
- Offboarding:
- Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback, and manage the administrative aspects of offboarding;
- Coordinate with payroll for final settlement and other related processes;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/Retail/QSR chains, with a proven track record in HR operations;
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in India;
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with adaptability and flexibility;
- Extensive experience in Recruitment and Staffing, with strong negotiation and convincing skills;
