Job Summary:

The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources practices and processes. This position entails developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute HR strategies aligned with Stanmax's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce planning requirements and implement effective talent management practices.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to maintain competitive salary and benefits offerings.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and other HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports on HR activities and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite to efficiently manage HR operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex HR challenges.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
