Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team, gain hands-on experience in HR operations, and develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Management Trainee (HR Operations) role involves:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.
    • Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
    • Managing employee personal data, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Collaborating with the recruitment team in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Participating in campus recruitment drives and job fairs for fresher hiring.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    • Supporting the payroll team in ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
    • Assisting in managing employee benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
    • Handling employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assisting in the execution of the performance appraisal process.
    • Helping organize employee feedback and training programs based on performance evaluations.
    • Supporting the HR team in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
    • Assisting in preparing HR compliance reports and maintaining statutory records.
    • Conducting regular audits of employee files and records to ensure compliance.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication:
    • Assisting in designing and implementing employee engagement activities like team events and wellness initiatives.
    • Gathering feedback from employees through surveys and discussions.
    • Helping manage internal communication through newsletters and emails.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Generating HR-related reports such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment effectiveness.
    • Working on HR dashboards and providing insights into trends affecting HR operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A recent graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Compensation

We offer a competitive stipend/salary as per industry standards, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum
