  • Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
