Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Strategic Business Growth Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by targeting major clients in the Lithium Battery / Automobile industries, generating and converting leads, and managing a sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities in the South Region, building relationships with key OEMs, and ensuring that business goals are met. They will also market the company's products and expand its presence in the industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for business development, a deep understanding of the Lithium Battery or Automobile industries, and a proven ability to lead teams and close high-value deals.
About the Role:The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and management. This involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and closing deals.
- Target Major Clients: Identify and target key clients in the Lithium Battery or Automobile sectors, including large OEMs and other high-value companies in the South Region.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through a mix of visits, cold calling, and networking. Build a strong pipeline of prospects and convert them into viable business opportunities.
- Sales Conversion: Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure conversion of leads into signed contracts and secure long-term partnerships.
- Marketing & Product Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the company's products and services to new and existing clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiate the company's offerings.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the sales team, setting targets, providing coaching, and ensuring team members achieve their individual and collective sales goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry to foster loyalty, secure repeat business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine business strategies.
