We're seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join our team at Convin. As a key member of our Presales Solution Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of our AI-powered platform to prospective clients.
In this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, product managers, and technical experts to align our offerings with customer needs and pain points. Your ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value and facilitate smooth product adoption will be crucial to driving Convin's success.
As a seasoned professional with 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution engineering, you will bring a unique blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to the table. Your strong understanding of AI, cloud technologies, and contact centre operations will enable you to identify mission-critical requirements, develop tailored technical sales strategies, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value of our AI-powered contact center solutions.
You will lead the solution design and product configuration processes, ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure and requirements. With excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing technical concerns and providing guidance that aligns Convin's products with their business objectives.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- a proven track record of demonstrating and articulating complex SaaS products to business and technical stakeholders;
- the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines;
- excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills;
- experience working with CRM, ERP, or call centre software is a plus;
