Role Description:

We're seeking an exceptional Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Presales Solution Engineering team, you'll play a vital role in demonstrating the value of our AI-powered platform to prospective clients. You'll collaborate with sales teams, product managers, and technical experts to align our offerings with customer needs and pain points.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase the value of our AI-powered contact center solutions, addressing specific customer use cases.
  • Lead solution design and product configuration processes, ensuring seamless integration with client infrastructure and requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing technical concerns and providing guidance that aligns Convin's products with their business objectives.
  • Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Provide business guidance by understanding customer business processes, strategy, and objectives, and demonstrating how Convin's solutions can support and enhance these areas.
  • Engage with AEs and SDRs to deliver standard demos, platform walkthroughs, and evangelize Convin's value proposition to prospects.

What We Offer:

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud technologies, and contact centre operations.
  • Proven experience in demonstrating and articulating complex SaaS products to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
