To identify and acquire new customers in the identified segment, leveraging expertise to generate references from specified catchments.
To recognize and acquire new product/program eligible customers in the identified segment, generating references from specified catchments.
To drive activation and revenue generation from Trade and Forex lines of business in tandem with subject matter experts.
To achieve daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition targets.
To contribute to building incremental customer values in self-sourced bases.
To ensure initial customer handholding & M+3 activation, providing right advice on products and documentation, opening accounts within time-frames, familiarizing customers with branch service representatives and processes, monitoring welcome kit delivery and following up for repeat funding and business transactions.
To facilitate digital onboarding and activation on key digital platforms.
To attract qualified customers consistent with the Bank's business strategy.
To assist Business Relationship Leaders in catchment mapping and scoping exercises, providing regular feedback on opportunities, customer needs, and competition benchmarking.
To deliver exceptional service to incoming customers, consulting on credit and banking products and services.
