We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven individual to serve as an Executive Assistant. This role combines operational tasks with creative responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious about the creative process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and possess strong communication skills. They should also be able to juggle multiple priorities and follow through without reminders.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day schedules, communication, and coordination for senior executives.
- Update and maintain our lead/project tracker, follow up on tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist with social media content planning—brainstorm ideas, draft captions, and coordinate with our design team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach.
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through without reminders.
- Interest in design, branding, storytelling, and the creative studio process.
