We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and coordination, with strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth internal communication and task tracking across all teams
- Maintain project progress in the Project Management System
- Schedule meetings and client calls as required
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or coordination experience
- Strong understanding of software development team structures and workflows
- Hands-on experience with at least one Project Management Tool
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office
