Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
  • Understanding of business processes related to core HR and strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project.
  • Able to conduct workshops independently to understand business requirements, run demos for customers, and capture the same in workbooks.
  • Strong EC configuration skills, data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
  • Ability to provide and validate whether the EC solution is compatible with the requirements given by the business team.
