- SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet implementation experience is essential for this position, as it requires a deep understanding of business processes related to core HR.
- A successful candidate must have strong configuration skills, data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
- They should be able to provide expert advice on whether the EC solution meets the requirements given by the business team.
- Additionally, the candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and work with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge in integration within SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS is also required.
- Having expertise in SAP HR module is a valuable asset for this role.
Key Qualifications:
">- Minimum 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
- Understanding of business processes related to core HR and strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project.
- Able to conduct workshops independently to understand business requirements, run demos for customers, and capture the same in workbooks.
