Job Title: HR and Payroll Specialist

This is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to employees and managers.

  • The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws.
  • Acting as the go-to person for payroll across India.
  • Coordinating with external providers and internal teams.

A key aspect of this position is ensuring timely, accurate payroll - salaries, deductions, benefits, and taxes. Additionally, the individual will reconcile discrepancies and stay updated on payroll legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing employee contracts, files, and HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records accurately, efficiently, and securely.
  • Process new hires, including contract preparation and paperwork.
  • Oversee offboarding logistics, including final settlements and record archiving.
  • Administer employee benefits (health insurance, leave tracking, etc.).
  • Track absences, PTOs, and vacation days.
  • Ensure clean data, strong system integrity, and optimize usage of our HRIS platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in HR administration with solid payroll processing experience.
