Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Bikaner. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and handling HR management tasks. The role involves being the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth HR workflows.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Relevant experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
