Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and independent HR Technology Specialist to manage day-to-day HR Tech operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision.

About the Role

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Independently manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage and conduct HR technology audits, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security.
  • Liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
  • Lead implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems like Zing HR and TurboHire, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferably with an HR tech/automation background.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.
  • Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks is beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and liaise across HR and technology functions is essential.
