Job Title: HR Support Specialist

As an HR Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by providing administrative support to our HR team. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and identifying potential candidates, supporting the full recruitment cycle, guiding candidates through their interview process, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and collaborating with the team to manage various HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Identifying Potential Candidates: Utilize various platforms to source and identify top talent.
  • Supporting the Full Recruitment Cycle: Assist in screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Guiding Candidates Through Their Interview Process: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their interview process.
  • Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Collaborate with the team to manage various HR operations efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability are necessary.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic are required.
