HR Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Manager to oversee the development and delivery of our HR-related law courses. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a unique chance to work closely with leading HR and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage live classes and interactive sessions
- Provide ongoing learner support throughout the course duration
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and curating course content with legal/HR experts
- Ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of course modules
- Communicate proactively with learners to resolve queries, offer guidance, and enhance learning outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate in Law or Human Resource Management (or both)
- Strong interest or prior experience in HR/legal compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage virtual sessions and engage effectively with learners
