Talent Acquisition Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate or young professional looking to kick-start their career in recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for our organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create suitable job descriptions. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create suitable job descriptions.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and closing positions in a timely manner.
