We are seeking a seasoned and experienced professional to spearhead our Land Acquisition efforts in the Cement Business team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Land Acquisition and Management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor land acquisition across multiple regional sites
- Develop and implement effective land acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with regional teams, stakeholders, and legal experts to resolve land issues
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to showcase acquisition progress and issue resolution
- Stakeholder management and coordination with Land Aggregators, Regional Land Teams, Business Development Team, Legal Team, Project Team, and Finance Team
- Thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business, Environmental Science)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Earth
- Knowledge of revenue documentation and compliance requirements
A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Land Acquisition and Management, with at least 5 years' experience in similar roles.
