Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure prime retail properties for new store openings in respective regions.
  • Coordinate property searches, partnering with key stakeholders including property developers, landlords, project consultants, and brokers.
  • Analyze locations and catchment areas to negotiate rentals, scope of works, and other agreements.
  • Liaise with legal teams for due diligence and documentation involved in signing and acquiring properties.
  • Collaborate with internal departments until store launch.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities through organic expansion and acquisitions.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Retail Property Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing prime retail properties for our stores across various regions.
