Job Description:
We're currently seeking a dynamic & self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our US IT & Engineering Recruitment Team to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles for our clients across North America. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Boolean & X-ray search, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with our Client Partners, candidates & vendor partners.
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role for North America geography.
- Work closely with the Cloudious Client Partner to understand the job requirements, key attributes to achieve the staffing goals.
- Nurture candidate relationships, ensure timely communication, and maintain a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions for US clients.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for future opportunities, fostering long-term relationship with potential applicants.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Proactively source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, professional networks, and social media.
- Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to team hiring goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a solid track record of successfully placing IT & Engineering professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of IT, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
