Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of HR systems, including HRMS software.
  • Expertise in recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with MS Excel is essential.
