Job Title: Oracle Revenue Management Production Support Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide production support for Oracle Revenue Management, Receivables, and Intercompany processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Revenue Contracts, Deferrals, Allocations, Adjustments, and ensure revenue compliance and smooth system operations.
  • Receivables & Invoicing Processes:
    • Support Receivables & Invoicing processes including AutoInvoice, Receipts, Collections, Tax, Dunning.
    • Maintain Intercompany processes such as Invoicing, Transfer Pricing, Netting, Balancing.
  • Accounting & Period Close:
    • Support Accounting & Period Close by performing AR-GL reconciliations and revenue close tasks.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide Technical Support in areas of SQL, APIs, FBDI/ADFdi, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Compliance & Audit Requirements:
    • Handle Compliance & Audit requirements including SOX, Tax, and Reporting.
  • Oracle Support:
    • Coordinate with Oracle Support for MOS, SRs, patches, and quarterly updates.
Requirements:
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, AR, and Intercompany.
  • Solid understanding of finance & accounting standards including IFRS and GAAP.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, integrations, APIs, and Oracle Cloud tools.
  • Proven track record in production support & issue resolution.
