Senior Data Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Data Engineer to lead the development of our self-service data platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data solutions using Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark, and Delta Lake on Azure.

  • Design and implement efficient ETL/ELT pipelines with data quality best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate data with business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI, as well as APIs.
  • Manage CI/CD, testing, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools to ensure seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in data engineering, with 3+ years in senior roles.
  • Proficiency in PySpark, Scala, SQL, Python, and Azure, with a preference for Databricks experience.
  • Familiarity with Databricks integrations such as Delta Live Tables and Auto Loader.
  • Strong skills in Spark, Pandas, and NumPy.
