Job Title: Data Engineering Team Lead

As a Data Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development process and ensuring that all team members work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our Data Engineering team and facilitate the adoption of agile principles and practices.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, fundamental SQL expertise, and experience in data engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, organize, and lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Data Engineering team.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology.
  • Fundamental SQL expertise (Must have).
  • Data Engineering background (Data processing, documentation).
  • Good to have: Python programming skills.
  • Completed at least 2 Data Engineering projects.
  • Wealth Management domain experience is mandatory.
