Key responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation across digital services & tech models.
- Own the business pipeline: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, & closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.
- Act as the face of Experience Commerce in client pitches-lead presentations, build narratives, and co-create solutions with strategy, creative, and tech leads.
- Identify cross-sell & up-sell opportunities within network accounts, while opening doors with new clients in BFSI, Auto, Consumer Electronics, Retail, and FMCG.
- Lead and mentor a team ensuring smart hunting, consistent follow-ups, and target alignment.
- Work closely with Business heads to shape revenue forecasts, GTM strategies & productized service bundles.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with client decision makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and feed insights into Experience Commerce's growth strategy
