Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth through engagement and sales.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a customer-centric approach. A background in banking or finance is essential, with at least 1 year of experience in the industry. Graduates or postgraduates in any stream are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed customer engagement targets through regular meetings, video calls, and telephone interactions.
- Cross-sell asset products such as home loans, personal loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Deepen existing customer relationships by offering tailored solutions and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely conversion of business opportunities.
- Ensure customer stickiness and category upgrades through effective relationship management.
- Achieve sales targets for banks and investment products.
- Acquire new customers from referrals and family households.
