Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Community Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with users, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and experience in managing day-to-day interactions with users.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for users, handling daily inquiries and concerns.
  • Developing strategies to increase user engagement and retention on the platform.
  • Collaborating with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user interaction and monetization.
  • Cultivating micro-influencers within the platform to drive engagement and community growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with new social media trends and best practices to enhance user engagement.
  • Fostering a positive and interactive environment through community management and support.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, with proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proven ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and take ownership of projects.
