As a seasoned customer success expert, you will be responsible for driving the growth and satisfaction of our esteemed clients.
Your primary objective will be to develop and execute customized success plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each account.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expansion and upsell/cross-sell initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
- Technical experience in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
