Tender managers play a pivotal role in facilitating the tendering process for organizations. Their primary objective is to ensure that all requisite documentation and supporting materials are thoroughly prepared and submitted within the stipulated timeframe.

We seek an experienced Tender Manager with 2–6 years of expertise in climate change and sustainability. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end tendering and proposal development process, focusing on projects in carbon markets, renewable energy, environmental services, and NBS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in accordance with client and sector requirements.
  2. Analyze tender documents to identify compliance necessities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) and tender specialists to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  4. Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
  5. Create and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  6. Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
  7. Ensure timely submission of proposals and conduct post-submission follow-up with clients and partners.
  8. Provide support in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in tendering/proposals and excellent communication skills. They should also be proficient in MS Office and have prior experience in drafting proposals for sustainability, carbon credits, or renewable energy projects.
