Job Opportunity

The organization seeks an experienced individual to fill the role of HR & Compliance Coordinator. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and compliant onboarding and offboarding processes for US-based employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including completion of necessary documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.
  • Background Verification Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of screenings.
  • Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance-related documents are completed and stored according to organizational standards.
  • System Management: Navigate and maintain documentation via various portals, ensuring timely submission and status tracking of workflows.
  • Process Development: Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for key HR and compliance workflows.
  • Federal and Client-Specific Compliance: Apply understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence.
  • Asset Return Tracking: Maintain trackers and coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets.
  • Candidate Communication: Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communication regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.
  • Audit Readiness Support: Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal and client audits.
