Job Opportunity:
An AdTech Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic and technical expertise on programmatic platforms, integrations, and monetization levers across web, AMP, and mobile environments.
The successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks, as well as deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.
The role requires developing and executing strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels, monitoring eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization, analyzing inventory performance and recommending structural changes, and leading integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, able to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and editorial teams, and drive impactful revenue growth through innovation, experimentation, and technology-first strategies.
