Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create and implement media plans that drive efficient campaign execution with significant ROAS in EdTech.
  • Utilize programmatic ads and media buying skills to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Design and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for enhanced conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, programmatic ads, media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
