About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Managing Customer Experience: Upsell, cross-sell, and maintain net promoter score hygiene.

Data Analysis: Drive customer growth success and marketing strategies with data insights.

Goal Setting: Set goals and track the success of Pixis solutions provided to customers.

AI Marketing Expert: Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions for measurable business results.

Metric Design: Determine ROI on Pixis products and educate clients on product solutions and best practices.

Customer Satisfaction: Effectively address customer issues until resolved.

Risk Assessment: Understand customer requirements, adoption level, and risk in renewing contracts.

Digital Marketing Initiatives: Build brand understanding, strategic guidance, and benchmarking initiatives.

Report Generation: Present performance snapshots to internal stakeholders.

About You

  • A track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets.
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing and media channels like Google, Social Media, Programmatic buying.
  • Able to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, rapidly iterate and manage communications in a fast-paced environment.
