Job Role:

  • Owning and scaling high-impact lead generation & e-commerce campaigns on search engines, social media platforms, and shopping websites.

  • Experimenting with innovative approaches, testing fast, and measuring the impact of work on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Playing a crucial role in driving business growth across different sectors.
  • Developing and executing ROI-focused campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing.
  • Managing digital campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and other channels.
  • Optimizing campaigns by tracking key metrics such as return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, click-through rate, cost per lead, and conversions.
  • Running structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Partnering with creative teams to convert ideas into effective campaigns.
  • Analyzing data to identify insights and recommend next steps.
  • Managing budgets efficiently to ensure every dollar spent drives business growth.
  • Staying ahead by exploring new digital channels to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements:

  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and execution capabilities.
  • 2–3 years of experience in search engine marketing and social media advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • A analytical mindset with an obsession for data and performance dashboards.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager, and spreadsheets.
  • An AI-driven mindset with comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • A balance between creativity and analysis with the ability to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
