About the Role

You will lead the execution and support building strategies for paid social channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

Develop in-depth cross-functional analysis to recommend allocations across channels, devices, and campaigns.

Drive campaign improvements and be accountable for performance against targets while coaching team members.

Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing testing and learning.

Owning the full project lifecycle, ensure high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with local marketing teams to provide clear guidance on executing local tactics.

Contribute to improving best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams within the organization.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter.
  • Strong app acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Leadership experience, including project management, team instruction, and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
