Programmatic Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to advertisers, helping them troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, creative moderation, performance, delivery, reporting, ad tags and trackers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising and programmatic advertising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to live chat or email support questions
  • Helping advertisers troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, creative moderation, performance, delivery, reporting, ad tags and trackers
  • Providing onboarding support, explanations of new features, consultation for product usage, and industry best practices to advertisers
  • Analyzing and interpreting data with advertisers to identify campaign improvement areas, root causes, and optimization opportunities
  • Assisting customers with questions related to product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating with program partners to highlight product gaps and opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising and/or programmatic advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate with advertisers
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
  • Experience providing client services, customer support, or working with external stakeholders on shared objectives
