Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Paid Media Specialist to drive results through paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role involves managing, optimizing, and scaling ad spends to achieve maximum return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Daily Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and return on investment.
  • Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated resources.
  • Platform Updates: Stay updated with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Paid Media Experience: 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Ad Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Multitasking: Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
  • Certifications: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
